By accessing or using Nexanumbers ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users of the Nexanumbers platform, including but not limited to users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Nexanumbers provides virtual phone numbers from African countries for SMS verification, OTP receiving, and communication purposes. Our services include:

• Virtual phone numbers from 54 African countries
• OTP (One-Time Password) receiving service
• SMS and voice call forwarding
• Credit-based verification system
• Number rental services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

Our services operate on a credit-based system where:

• 1 credit = 1 OTP verification request
• Credits are purchased in packages ($5, $6, $10, $20, $50)
• Credits have expiration dates based on package purchased
• Unused credits are non-refundable after 7 days
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

We reserve the right to adjust pricing and credit values with reasonable notice to users.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all fees and charges associated with your purchases
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your selected payment method
• Accept that all sales are final after 7 days

Refund Policy:

• Full refund within 7 days of purchase for unused credits
• Partial refunds for used credits (used credits deducted)
• No refunds after 7 days
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or fraud
• Harassment, abuse, or threats
• Spam or unsolicited messages
• Circumventing security measures
• Reverse engineering our platform
• Reselling numbers without authorization
• Creating fake accounts or identities
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and processing.

We collect:

• Account information (name, email, phone)
• Payment information (processed by third parties)
• Usage data and service interactions
• Communication records

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services will cease immediately
• Unused credits will be forfeited
• You must delete all copies of our content
• Outstanding payments remain due

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexanumbers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions
• Statements or conduct of any third party

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using our services.
