Click the "Get Started" button on our homepage, fill in your details (name, email, phone number), verify your email with the OTP code sent to your inbox, and you're ready to go! You can also sign up using Google or Telegram.

Do I need to verify my email?

Yes, email verification is required to activate your account. We'll send a 6-digit OTP code to your email address. This helps us ensure the security of your account.

How do credits work?

1 credit = 1 OTP verification request. When you request a verification code, 1 credit is deducted from your balance. Credits can be purchased in packages of $5 (5 credits), $6 (6 credits), or $10 (11 credits).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, M-Pesa, and Airtel Money. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Do credits expire?

Yes, credits have expiration dates based on the package purchased. $5 and $6 packages are valid for 30 days. The $10 package is valid for 60 days. Unused credits will expire after this period.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you haven't used your credits, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Partial refunds are available for partially used credits. After 7 days, credits are non-refundable.

How do I receive an OTP code?

4. Enter that number on the service's website/app
5. Request verification code
6. The OTP will appear in your dashboard automatically

How long does it take to receive an OTP?

Most OTPs arrive within 30 seconds to 2 minutes. In some cases, it may take up to 5 minutes. If you don't receive the code, you can request a new one from the service.

What happens if I don't receive the OTP?

If you don't receive the OTP within 5 minutes, please contact our support team. We'll investigate the issue and refund the credit if the service failed to deliver.
